We counter-sign a Business Associate Agreement for every US practice, Solo included. No enterprise tier to reach first.

GDPR — DPA and EU residency

A DPA with standard contractual clauses is part of the terms. Group plans can pin storage and processing to the EU.

How is a practitioner counted?

Anyone with a calendar of their own. Reception staff, practice managers, bookkeepers and supervisors are free and unlimited — you are charged for the people delivering sessions, not the people supporting them.

What does card processing cost?

Card processing is 2.6% + 30¢ and passed through at cost. We take no margin on payments and no percentage of your revenue. Bank transfer and cash sessions are recorded free of charge.

Do you charge for SMS?

The first 500 SMS reminders per practitioner per month are included on Practice and Group. Beyond that they are billed at cost, currently 1.4¢ per message in the US and Canada. Email reminders are always unlimited.

Can I change plan mid-month?

Yes, in either direction, and the change takes effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining days; downgrades credit the difference against your next invoice rather than refunding it.

Is there an annual discount?

Two months free on annual billing for Solo and Practice — that is what the annual switch above shows. Group pricing is agreed as an annual contract by default, though monthly is available on request.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page and the account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after that, in open formats, at no charge.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The account moves to read-only until you add a card, and everything you entered during the trial stays exactly as you left it — including any real clients you migrated.
