Four things we protect.
Clinical hours are protected
Half the company has practised. Anyone who still holds a licence gets one protected afternoon a week to keep seeing clients if they want to.
Two people on every change
Anything touching records, billing or authentication is reviewed by a second person before it ships. On-call is in pairs and never for more than a week.
Written first
Decisions are proposed in a document and argued in comments before any meeting. Most weeks have two scheduled meetings; the rest is quiet.

- Salary bands published internally, reviewed twice a year
- Remote across EU and US time zones, with two in-person weeks a year
- 30 days of leave plus local public holidays
- Hardware of your choice, replaced every three years
- A learning budget, and a licence-renewal budget for clinicians
- Parental leave: 20 weeks, any parent, fully paid
