Features Scheduling · Records · Billing · Telehealth

One workspace for the whole practice.

Four systems most practices buy separately, built as one. The calendar knows what the note says; the note produces the charge; the cancellation reaches the waitlist.

01 — Scheduling

A calendar that fills its own gaps.

Publish your hours once. Clients pick a session type, see only the slots that fit it, and pay at the point of booking. Cancellations go straight back out to the waitlist.

  • Room, resource and multi-practitioner calendars
  • Session types with their own duration, price and buffer
  • SMS and email reminders on your own schedule
  • Waitlist auto-fill in waves, first acceptance wins
  • Embeddable booking widget on your own domain
−38% no-shows after waitlist auto-fill Sample figure · median across pilot practices

02 — Client records

One timeline per client. Nothing filed elsewhere.

Intake, consent, notes, attachments, correspondence and payments sit on a single thread. Notes lock on signature and every later change is an amendment, never a rewrite.

  • SOAP, DAP and custom note templates
  • Digital intake and consent, signed before arrival
  • Sign-and-lock with a full amendment history
  • Supervision access and structured handover
  • Export any record in open formats, any time

03 — Billing & claims

Close the session. The paperwork follows.

Signing a note produces the charge, the receipt and the claim. Claims are scrubbed against payer rules before they leave, so the error appears in seconds rather than six weeks.

  • Card on file, invoices, payment plans and sliding scale
  • Superbills and CPT coding generated from the session
  • Eligibility checks at intake and on a schedule
  • Claim scrubbing, submission and remittance tracking
  • Nightly export to Xero or QuickBooks

04 — Telehealth

Telehealth without a second subscription

Video rooms open from the appointment itself. No separate account, no link to send, and the session note opens in the same window. Recording is off by default and cannot be enabled without client consent.

Trust

Built for records you are legally holding

HIPAA and GDPR aligned, encrypted in transit and at rest, with an immutable audit log on every record and a counter-signed BAA at no extra cost.

Product questions

Before you book the demo.

01

Do I have to use all four modules?

No. Most Solo practices start with scheduling and records and turn on billing when they take their first insured client. Nothing is metered, so an unused module costs nothing.

02

Can I keep my current calendar?

Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook sync two-way, so personal appointments block availability and sessions booked here appear where you already look. Sessions stay the source of truth for notes and billing.

03

Which note formats are supported?

SOAP, DAP and BIRP ship as templates; you can build your own with structured fields, free text and checklists. Every template signs, locks and amends the same way.

04

Does billing work outside the US?

Cards, invoices, payment plans and accounting exports work everywhere. Insurance claim scrubbing and eligibility checks cover US payers today; UK and EU private insurers are handled through invoices and receipts.

05

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export any client, any date range or the whole practice in open formats, on every plan, with no fee. Records stay readable for 90 days after cancellation, then are deleted irreversibly.
